Return Policy

We currently honor a 45-day Happiness Guarantee* and a 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty for all Aura frames.

If you are not happy with your Aura, you can send it back to us for a full refund within 45-days of the purchase date - no questions asked. The frame hardware is protected by a one-year manufacturing warranty. We handle each case on an individual basis, so if you encounter an issue outside of this window we will work with you to resolve the problem.

To request a refund or exchange, please visit our Returns Center: aura frames.returnly.com. Enter the email address associated with your order to view your purchase history and select an item for return. If your request is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and instructions. You can exchange your frame for a different color as long as the retail price is the same as your original purchase. To exchange a frame for a different style, please return your frame for a refund and place a new order at auraframes.com.

In the event that you receive a damaged frame or an incorrect product, we will happily replace it. Please contact us at help@auraframes.com with any questions.
