Shipping Information - Aura Analog

FREE US STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

We are happy to offer free ground shipping on all orders to destinations within the continental United States.

Auraframes.com ships your first 5 prints and your complimentary frame FREE via FedEx Ground.  Fedex does not support shipping to P.O. Boxes. Subsequent print only packages are shipped via USPS to locations within the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories is available for an additional fee when allowed and shipping times may be slightly longer than continental US locations. Shipping is not available outside of the U.S.

ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENTS
First order (Frame and 5 prints)
  • Your first order is submitted for processing as soon as you select your 5 photos and Finish Setup in the Aura app.

  • Most orders are processed within 24 business hours and ship FedEx ground. However, during peak times, orders may take up to 72 hours to process before shipping.

  • Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping/delivery.

***Christmas delivery 2019***

  • For FREE delivery, place your subscription order AND select your first 5 prints and Finish Setup via the Aura Frames app by Friday, December 20, 11:59 p.m. ET. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered after Christmas Day due to the processing time required to fulfill your personalized order.

  • Incomplete or incorrect billing information (e.g. expired credit card) may result in a processing delay.

  • It is your responsibility to be available to receive this shipment at the ship-to address specified in your order details.

  • Analog subscription orders are shipped via FedEx ground. An email is sent in advance (subject line - Your Aura Analog Prints & Frame Have Shipped) which includes a link with your FedEx tracking number. The tracking number may take until after midnight of the day it was shipped to be traceable via FedEx.

Subsequent orders (monthly print delivery)

Your recurring monthly print subscription will ship based on the date shown or chosen within the Aura Frames app.  Prints are shipped via USPS to locations within the continental United States only.
