Shipping Information

Auraframes.com ships FREE via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground based on Aura's discretion to locations within the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories is available for an additional fee when allowed and shipping times may be slightly longer than continental US locations. 

Auraframes.com does not currently support shipments to hotels/temporary housing, APO/FPO, US Territories, or P.O. Boxes. Products sold on our US website are not available for international delivery and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses or resellers.

ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENT
In-stock products ship same-day (Mon - Fri) if ordered before 2:30 PM ET.  Orders placed after 2:30 PM ET ship the following business day.
  • Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping/delivery.

  • ***Christmas delivery 2019***

    • For FREE ground delivery, order by Friday, December 13, 2:30 ET

    • For expedited 3 Day delivery, order by Wednesday, December 18, 2:30 ET

    • For expedited 2 Day delivery, order by Friday, December 20, 2:30 ET

    • For expedited 1 Day delivery (overnight), order by Monday, December 23, 2:30 ET

  • Incomplete or incorrect billing information may result in a processing delay. If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may also be delayed for verification.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are determined by the subtotal of your order.

  • Shipping methods and their accompanying charges are displayed in checkout at the time of your order.

  • Shipping methods and their accompanying charges also appear in your order confirmation email.

  • It is your responsibility to be available to receive this shipment at the ship-to address specified in your order details.

  • Digital Frame orders are shipped via UPS.

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

To ensure your order was successfully place, please check your email account for the subject line: Aura Frame Order Confirmation.  From this email, you can check your order status by selecting the “View your order” button.  Be sure to check your spam/junk folders.

TRACKING

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive another email with a link to your UPS tracking number.  The tracking number may take until after midnight of the day it was shipped to be traceable via UPS. 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

The shipping address can be changed within 30 minutes of an order being placed by cancelling and placing your order again to the new address. For your safety, we do not allow an address change after an order has been placed, however we do apologize for the inconvenience.

ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENT
Once you have selected your 5 photos for subscription delivery within the Aura Frames App here’s what happens next:
  • Most orders are processed within 24 business hours and ship FedEx ground. However, during peak times, orders may take up to 72 hours to process before shipping.

  • Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping/delivery.

  • ***Christmas delivery 2019***

      • For FREE delivery, place your order AND select your first 5 prints by Wednesday, December 18, 2:30 ET.

        Any orders placed after this time will be delivered after Christmas Day due to the processing time required to fulfill your personalized order.

      • Incomplete or incorrect billing information (e.g. expired credit card) may result in a processing delay. 

  • It is your responsibility to be available to receive this shipment at the ship-to address specified in your order details.

  • Analog subscription orders are shipped via FedEx.

TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to your FedEx tracking number.  The tracking number may take until after midnight of the day it was shipped to be traceable via FedEx.
