Help Gift Recipient with Frame Set Up

If you are looking for help to get your gift recipient set up here's what needs to happen.

Someone will need to be onsite with the app installed, an Aura account and who is a member of the frame to set it up on the gift recipients wifi. After that they can enjoy the frame without the need for the app, however if they change their wifi or have an issue they may need help again from someone with the app who is a member of the frame and can be onsite.

For the gift setup -if you originally set it up on your network, then they will need to change WiFi. The recipient sees a message "Couldn't join the network 'X.' Please try again in the Aura app."

If you did not set it up on another network first, they will just follow the instructions for the setup.

It's a good idea to try to set up an appointment with us in advance to ensure we can have someone available if you think they may need a little extra help with the set up.
